Century 21 Landmark Network Business Development Division serves the company as an ancillary division primarily to provide leads generation for the Company and foster agent development.
Business Development Division conducts it's own advertising campaigns. All marketing carried out by Business Development facilitates a unified theme and message outwardly. Further, it facilitates more efficient leads management.
Mission
The Mission of the Business Development Division is one of Agent Career Development. Landmark Network has been and shall continue to be committed to the advancement, education and overall success of the REALTORS in the network. Cultivating, incubating and distributing qualified leads to our REALTORS can only enhance the development of their careers. Follow-up that includes coaching and leads management skill development serves as an excellent compliment component.
Services
Business Development Division is in existence to provide a short variety of services. The provision of these services is to the benefit of both the company and its primary beneficiary, the REALTORS. In the brokerage REALTORS expect leads provided by the firm. In fact, their development can often be dependent upon such provision; at least initially and even more so with regard to part-time agents who specifically tend to require this type of support from the sales office.
Such services are:
- marketing, branding of the company in the marketplace
- leads generation
- disbursement of leads to the company's REALTORS
- leads management and career development coaching
